![]() Shot a half dozen pellets and after a half hour it seems to still be firing just as quickly. Loaded, cocked and fired for the first time in a long while. How's it work? Well, putting in a new co2 and a good smack, yielded nothing. The 777 was discontinued a few years ago, having Lothar Walther barrel, wooden grips and adjustable metal sights (717 and 747 are adjustable but plastic). All parts installed and back together in about a half hour. DAISY 717/747/777 AIR PISTOL All three models are identical as far as the action is concerned. Took a dozen tries and it was dropped a few times too, but perseverance paid off. No brain surgery, just a small stiff part that needs to stretch. Install was straight forward, but tricky getting the small o-rings on. I've been trying to get the piston part that this kit contains for a long time. ![]() In the mean time I heard about you guys and went to this site and low n behold wouldnt you know it, a new and improved poppet is included in the kit!!! Well since this is an initial post I will follow up in about a week and give you guys my final review!
